Evergreen Thanks the Giving of their Employees and Affiliates

Ben Glancz – Nov 28, 2013

For those who know the folks at Evergreen Insurance and Risk Management, the email invite for today’s event wasn’t something out of the ordinary. Evergreen prides itself with their Employee-Minded business structure.

6 months ago before the Passover holiday, all employees’ vehicles received a free detailed wash and refreshment. This mentality was seen throughout the summer in various occasions where employees and their families were shown appreciation for their extended team effort.

Still, when I showed up to Hi-Tor Lanes today, I was literally caught In awe. You’ll think Evergreen rented a lane or two, had some lights, and let you come too. Far from.

Evergreen reserved the entire bowling alley, prepared great Holiday food and drinks, as well as kids-friendly chips and chunks for them to enjoy in the fun.

The employees, affiliates, their families, and professional Real Estate & insurance experts who joined, were having a grand time. Every lane was occupied by kids and their parents, employees and their friends, and the bosses making sure each is having a grand time.

It once again reinstated the reason why Evergreen Insurance clients and business associates enjoy so much doing business with them – as Evergreen CEO Green says “an employee-focused boss will create client-focused employees”.

Here’s my thought on the Evergreen bowling adventure:

    It was my 1st doughnut.
My 2nd time bowling (don’t ask my score…).
It was 3 of us from PayMatic.
    I used 4 bolls.
I knocked down 5 pins max.
I met 6 of the Evergreen team.
They where all in the 7th heaven to be working at EG.
Then I Eight some more (I think it was a jelly one).
As I was driving back on the 9w, I must say:
10 q for having me – and even more for the lesson it taught me.

    A frielichin Chanukah!
